Whether you’re looking to lose weight, gain muscle, or just stay in shape, we will help you define your fitness goals and take that first step on your journey to Own Your Own Health.

2. Create a training plan

Your goal planning session will enable us to provide you with a plan tailored to your individual goals. We’ll also provide you with bespoke testing and retesting which will allow us to establish your baseline and monitor the progress you are making.

3. Work smart with UTS

As a member of the UTS Tribe, you will have access to a wealth of coaching experience and Own Your Own Health resources – as well as being part of a community that supports and encourages each other.
